ADMISSION Prior to the arrival of the house, the identification numbers and documentation details of the guests will be requested for their correct registration in the relevant registry of the Mossos d'Esquadra and in order to process the payment of the tourist tax. DAMAGES AND DEPOSIT The client is responsible for the burden of possible damages caused by negligence or misuse of the facilities and equipment, as well as the costs of their replacement. Responsible use of the facilities by tenants is mandatory. Faced with evidence of vandalism or reckless use of the equipment or the Villa, the owner reserves the right to terminate the rental contract at any time, and the tenants shall be forced to leave the premises immediately. CAPACITY You cannot exceed the contracted accommodation capacity. In any case, never the maximum authorized capacity. The stay or overnight of other people who are not those who have rented the rural house is not allowed unless expressly authorized by the owner. ANIMALS Animals are allowed, upon request of the client and only when authorized by the owner. OTHERS Organized events or parties are not allowed.
